Privacy Policy

Short version
We store the bookings you give us, monitor prices on your behalf, and email you when a cheaper rate appears. We never sell or share your data, and you can delete your account any time.
What we collect
- Your email and (if you signed in with Google) your name and profile photo.
- Hotel booking details you submit (hotel, dates, room, price paid).
- If you forward a confirmation email or upload a PDF, we extract the booking details from it and discard the original - we don't keep the email body or the PDF file itself. For a forwarded email we keep only the sender address and subject line, to help troubleshoot delivery.
- Basic server logs (IP, request paths) kept up to 30 days for security.
- If you add them in Settings: your display name and phone number.
- A device-recognition cookie after you verify a login code (so you're not asked again for 30 days), and whether you've opted in or out of price-alert emails, with the date you chose.
How we use it
Only to run the service: monitor your room's price, send you alerts, and link to better deals. Nothing else.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share booking parameters (hotel, dates, guests) with our price-data provider (SearchApi, which sources live rates via Google Hotels) to look up rates. Our email is sent through Resend. That's it.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Israeli law you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. You can download a copy of your data (bookings, price-drop alerts, price-check history, and support messages) from Settings at any time, or email us and we respond within 30 days.
